On March 30th at approximately 3:30 pm, the department responded to a reported vehicle rollover in front of St Louis De Montfort Church on New York Avenue. Upon arrival, first responders were informed that the vehicle had collided with a pole, resulting in downed wires, and reports indicated the driver was trapped. On Sunday, March 15th at approximately 12:30 AM, the Sound Beach Fire Department was activated for a reported vehicle fire in a driveway on Echo Avenue.

The first Chief responding was advised that the vehicle was located near a detached garage and a fence. Upon arrival, the Chief reported the vehicle was fully involved in fire.
