🚒 Busy Weekend for Our Volunteers 🚑
This past weekend was another busy one for our members. It began Friday night with firefighters standing by overnight at the firehouse during the height of the storm to ensure there would be no delay in response to any emergencies. Fortunately, during the storm we handled only one ambulance call.
Over the course of the weekend, the department responded to 10 total emergencies, including:
1 car vs. house incident on Sunday
1 mutual aid structure fire to Ridge as the Rapid Intervention Team early Sunday morning
2 automatic fire alarms
1 reported gas leak
5 Ambulance calls
These calls highlight the dedication of our volunteers, who are always ready to respond—day or night, rain or shine.
