| π§ββοΈπ Rope Rescue Training!
Early Sunday morning, a few of our members sharpened their rope rescue skills with a simulated scenario β an injured person who had fallen down a cliff. One of our firefighters descended on rope, triaged the patient, and safely brought them back up to safety.
This training was a great opportunity to review knots, mechanical advantage systems, and patient packaging techniques. While situations like this donβt happen often in Sound Beach, our members train for every possibility β because when it does happen, weβll be ready. πͺ
