🔥🚒 Fire Safety Day at School! 🚑✨
The Sound Beach Fire Department and the Rocky Point Fire Department visited Rocky Point Schools — Joseph A. Edgar School and Frank J. Carasiti Elementary over the past two weeks for our annual Fire Prevention Month visits!
Our firefighters and EMTs had a blast showing students the tools we use to fight fires, giving them a peek inside the ambulance, and teaching them how we help people who are sick or injured. 💪
We also talked about fire safety at home and reviewed Operation EDITH (Exit Drills In The Home) — helping kids learn how to stay safe in an emergency.
It was a fun, educational day — and we hope everyone learned something new! 🙌
