Meeting Room Rental Information
Our spacious and fully air-conditioned meeting room is available for rent to residents of the Sound Beach Fire District.
The room is handicap accessible, measures 52’ x 46’, and can accommodate up to 130 guests.
Who Can Rent the Meeting Room?
Any resident of the Sound Beach Fire District, 21 years of age or older, may rent the meeting room.
The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage and must be present for the duration of the event.
Rental Duration & Fees
The standard rental period is 6 hours, including setup and cleanup.
Additional time may be purchased for an hourly fee beyond the initial 6-hour rental.
Permitted Uses
The meeting room is available for a variety of social functions, including:
Weddings
Anniversaries
Birthday Parties
Graduations
Communions
Other approved events
The Sound Beach Fire Department has the final authority in determining the appropriateness of any event.
Unfortunately, Sweet 16s are no longer permitted.
Reservation Process & Fees
Application Submission – A completed rental application is required.
Security Deposit – A deposit is due at the time of application.
Rental Fee – The full rental fee must be paid at least 10 days before the event.
