๐ŸŒณ Limit outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day (11 AMโ€“5 PM).
๐Ÿงข Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing and take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning.
๐Ÿš— Never leave children or pets unattended in a vehicleโ€”even for a minute.
๐Ÿ‘ต Check on elderly neighbors, family members, and anyone without air conditioning.
