The meeting room capacity
is 130 persons. It measures 52’ by 46’ and is fully air conditioned as well as
Handicapped Accessible.
Any resident of the Sound
Beach Fire District, 21 years of age or older may rent the meeting room. The
renter assumes full responsibility for any damage and must be present during
the entire event.
The rental fee includes use
of the room for 6 hours (Including set-up and clean up) There is an additional
per hour fee for every hour over 6 hours.
The room is available for
social functions such as weddings, parties for anniversaries, birthdays,
graduations, communions, etc.
It is the final
discretion of the Sound Beach Fire Department as to acceptable uses of the
meeting room.
There is an application
process, as well as a security deposit due at the time the application is
submitted. There is a rental fee (in addition to the security deposit) that
must be paid in full 10 days prior to the party. For additional information as
